Well, it has only been a short four days since I last talked to y'all but life is still going great! It has been really rainy here in the great state of Pennsylvania. 

Nothing very exciting has happened but I just wanted to share a scripture with you. 

Omni 1:26 "And now, my beloved brethren, I would that ye should come unto Christ, who is the Holy One of Israel, and partake of his salvation, and the power of his redemption. Yea, come unto him, and offer your whole souls as an offering unto him, and continue in fasting and praying, and endure to the end; and as the Lord liveth ye will be saved."

October 16, 2019 - Philly Rain (Week 31) - Susquehanna, PA

Hey yall!

So sorry this is a short email but I just wanted to share a quick thought. 

We were able to attend the temple today and it was the greatest thing of my life. 

The temple definitely has an amazing spirit. In that building you can feel so much peace. And just think about how amazing it is that the temple is the only place that you are able to be in the presence of your Heavenly Father, with your brother Jesus Christ, and to have the influence of the Holy Ghost.

THE TEMPLE IS AMAZING!

October 7, 2019 - The Big Chop (Week 30) - Susquehanna, PA

This week was so good because we were able to watch General Conference. And how amazing is it that we get to hear from our Prophet President Russell M. Nelson. 

In his talk during the women's session he talked about Harmony, Pennsylvania. There's one thing that I wanted to share that he said. "It was in Harmony that John the Baptist appeared to Joseph Smith and restored the Aaronic Priesthood... It was in Harmony that Emma Hale Smith served as her husband's first scribe while the Prophet translated the Book of Mormon. It was also in Harmony that the Prophet received a revelation manifesting the Lord's will to Emma. The Lord instructed Emma to expound the Scriptures, to exhort the Church, to receive the Holy Ghost and spend her time learning much. Emma was also to lay aside the things of this world and seek for the things of a better and to hold fast to her covenants made with God. The Lord concluded His instruction with these concluding words 'this is my voice unto all', EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED AT HARMONY has profound implications for your lifes. The Restoration of the Priesthood along with the Lord's counsel to Emma can guide and bless each of you... The Restoration of the Priesthood is just as relevant to you as a woman as it is to any man..." (President Nelson)

I would like to invite you all to ponder the question, "how has the priesthood blessed your life, and how will it bless your life? Because when it was restored John the Baptist promised it would never again leave the earth.

Hello hello!

I can't believe another week has flown by! Time is really starting to fly by here and in a short year I will be hopping on a plane to go home. But that's still a while away thank goodness! 

This week not too many things happened because Sister Reynolds and I were quarantined for the 3 days we were sick. And let me just say that it is so hard to not lose your mind while hanging out in a house with very little to do. 

But we got creative and we found things to do. We played lots of battleship, I did about 5 puzzles, I listened to all of President Nelson's conference talks since the year 2000, and we made lots of vlogs. So I won't say that it was a horrible week.

Well, although we didn't take too many tours this week we did have a great tour with the cutest Australian family. In the last room of the Smith home I usually never share this one scripture because it's Sister Reynolds thing, but I had a prompting to share it and to put one of the girls names in it. So I did it and after the tour Sister Reynolds and I were talking and we both had that same prompting. 

The spirit is so real guys! It is always a testimony to me when I receive spiritual promptings that Heavenly Father truly does talk to His children today. He is mindful of each one of us, and that girl needed to hear that scripture for a certain reason. I am so grateful for the spirit and being able to have a loving Heavenly Father who still speaks to us today. 

And one of those ways is through our prophets and apostles. And this week in 5 days we get to hear from them! So I would like to invite you to watch General Conference because during that time, the spirit will speak to you and give you answers and direction that you are searching for. 

Always remember that God love you and so do I!!
